MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Monthly plans with monthly resets

All three tiers reset data monthly on the activation date. The only differences are monthly data allowances and prices; route coverage, device rules, and the refund promise remain the same.

Light

Monthly plan · 60GB per month

¥9.9 / month

Suitable for light use such as cross-border web access, email, document syncing, and occasional AI Tools use. Text, code, and standard web pages are easier to manage within the monthly allowance.

  • 60GB per month, reset on the activation date
  • 100+ countries / 150+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund

Usage limits: If you frequently download large files, watch high-bitrate video for extended periods, or transfer data continuously across multiple devices, monitor the remaining data in the dashboard.

High data

Monthly plan · 500GB per month

¥28 / month

Suitable for sustained use across platforms, remote collaboration, frequent video access, and regular file transfers. Unlimited devices does not increase the total allowance; all connected devices share the data in the current plan.

  • 500GB per month, reset on the activation date
  • 100+ countries / 150+ routes
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund

Usage limits: This tier is still managed monthly and is not a permanent data allowance. For temporary periods of heavy use, consider the billing model of a data pack.

TRAFFIC PACKS

Never-expiring data packs

Data packs do not reset monthly. They last until used and never expire, making them suitable for longer intervals between use, irregular work schedules, or keeping data in reserve.

¥158

Suitable for cross-border access that is infrequent but ongoing. Without monthly reset pressure, you can use the data when needed until it runs out.

How to choose between monthly plans and data packs

If you have regular monthly needs for office work, development, AI Tools, or video access, a monthly plan makes budgeting predictable. If usage is spread out—with little use in some months and concentrated use during certain periods—the never-expiring rule of a data pack is easier to manage. Look beyond the total allowance: consider whether data resets on the activation date and whether multiple devices will transfer data simultaneously.

Both billing options use the same route coverage and platform entry points. The main difference is the reset rule: monthly plans reset each month on the activation date, while data packs remain available until used. Before placing an order, assess your recent patterns for web access, file syncing, video, and development tools.

INCLUDED

All plans include

Prices and data allowances vary, but coverage, device rules, client platforms, and baseline privacy policies are consistent.

  1. 100+ countries / 150+ routes

Choose a route based on the destination service, your current network conditions, and the task at hand. If a page loads slowly, streaming output stops, or video buffers, first switch to another route in the same region, then check the exit IP again. Avoid changing several settings at once, which makes troubleshooting harder.

  2. Unlimited simultaneous devices

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux devices can connect as needed. Unlimited devices does not mean each device gets a separate allowance; all devices share the data in the current plan. Disconnect devices that are not in use to make actual consumption easier to identify.

  3. Client access for five platforms

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Get client and subscription details from the dashboard; static installers are not provided on marketing pages. After signing in, open the download area, select your platform, and import the subscription.

  4. App split routing and scenario-based route selection

Select routes for office apps, development tools, AI Tools, international websites, and Streaming as needed. Split routing sends apps that require international routes through the appropriate exit while keeping other connections on their existing paths, reducing unnecessary data use and region changes.

  5. No-logs policy

VPNYE follows a no-logs policy. When using public networks, maintain basic security habits: confirm that target websites use encrypted connections, avoid sharing account credentials, and check the exit region after switching routes.

  6. Route usage and troubleshooting guide

When a connection fails, check in order: confirm the subscription is valid, refresh the route list, switch to another route in the same region, reconnect, and check the exit IP. For further help, open the ticket area from the dashboard and include the symptoms, platform, and selected route to reduce back-and-forth.

First, assess whether usage is consistent

When you use the service every month with relatively stable consumption, a monthly plan is easier to manage. Data resets on the activation date, not according to the calendar month. After activation, note the start of your cycle and check remaining data in the dashboard.

Then assess whether usage is intermittent

Data packs suit intermittent use. Because they never expire, remaining data stays available until used. The key difference from a monthly plan is that there is no monthly reset.

Shared data across devices

Unlimited devices allow multiple platforms to be online at once, but plan data is not allocated separately to each device. System updates, cloud-drive syncing, and video playback may consume data simultaneously, so consider your commonly used devices together when choosing a tier.

PAYMENT

Payment methods and checkout checks

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Create orders in the dashboard, then verify the plan type, data tier, and amount before paying.

Pre-checkout checklist

  1. Confirm the billing type. Monthly plans reset data each month on the activation date; data packs last until used and never expire.
  2. Confirm the data tier. Monthly plans offer 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB per month; data packs offer 300GB, 1000GB, or 3000GB.
  3. Confirm the order amount. Check in the dashboard that the selected items match the prices listed on the page, then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT.
  4. Keep the order details. After payment, return to the dashboard and check the subscription status. If it has not updated, submit the order details through the ticket area.

REFUND

60-day no-questions-asked refund

VPNYE offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, open the ticket area from the dashboard, select the order-related issue, and submit a refund request. Before submitting, confirm the current order, plan name, and payment record for verification.

Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue while a refund is being processed. If a plan upgrade or another order is also involved, identify the exact order to be handled so records do not get mixed up. The formal refund terms in the Terms of Use apply.
