Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data VPNYE handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is handled, how long it is retained, and how users can request access or deletion. Using the service means you have read this policy; if you disagree with these practices, stop using the relevant features.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. VPNYE does not make an email address mandatory for registration. Account processing stores the username, securely processed authentication information, subscription status, summarized usage, and necessary account settings for login verification, plan delivery, usage accounting, and troubleshooting.

When a payment or refund occurs, this service stores necessary order records, such as order status, amount, selected payment channel, transaction result, and refund status. These records confirm whether service access has been enabled, resolve billing disputes, apply the refund policy, and complete necessary financial checks. Order records are not used to analyze which websites a user visited.

When a user voluntarily submits a question through the user panel, the description, resolution progress, and diagnostic information they choose to provide are stored with the support ticket. Do not submit unrelated passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive content in a ticket.

No Logs and Connection Data

VPNYE follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, communications, or browsing records that could reconstruct specific network activity. This service also does not create long-term connection logs linking an account to specific destinations.

To calculate subscription usage, the system processes summarized account usage and service status. This summary data determines whether a plan is active and whether its allowance remains available; it does not include destinations, page content, or in-app transmission content. Necessary system errors and security events may be processed briefly to troubleshoot faults, prevent abuse, and maintain route operations; once the relevant purpose is complete, they are cleared or de-identified under the principle of minimal retention.

Website access logs and network acceleration connection data are handled separately. When visiting marketing pages, the server may receive the request time, page path, browser type, and basic device information to identify page errors and unusual requests. This information is not used to build a personal browsing profile.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary security markers. This data maintains sessions, prevents repeated setup, and lets users continue their current task when returning to the panel.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved interface preferences may also expire, requiring another login or selection. When only browsing public pages, refusing non-essential storage does not change the basic policy and service information shown on the site.

This service does not use local storage to save payment passwords or complete payment credentials. Information saved by the browser, operating system, or payment channel is governed by the privacy settings and terms of the relevant product.

Payment Processing and Access Analytics

VPNYE supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network. This service receives the transaction result needed to complete an order and does not directly store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts. The payment provider determines the scope, verification methods, and retention period for its data handling under its own policy.

To understand whether public pages load properly, entry points work, and content needs adjustment, the website may collect summarized access analytics. This may include page visits, referral pages, browser category, device category, and approximate region. The data supports page maintenance and capacity planning; it is not combined with network acceleration destinations or used to sell personal information.

If analytics are handled by an appointed service provider, VPNYE supplies only the limited data needed for that purpose and requires processing within the agreed scope. Entrusted processing does not change this policy's position that browsing content is not recorded.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained only while needed to provide subscription services, process orders, resolve disputes, or meet necessary obligations. Retention varies by purpose: active account data is kept while the service relationship continues; troubleshooting information is cleared when no longer necessary after an issue is resolved; order records may remain for settlement, refunds, disputes, or compliance requirements.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the user panel. After receiving a request, this service first verifies account ownership, then processes data eligible for deletion. If some records remain connected to an open order, refund, dispute, security event, or necessary obligation, processing of those records is restricted until the matter ends rather than deleting them early.

After an account is deleted, data unrelated to continued service provision is deleted or de-identified. Residual data in backups leaves active use through the normal backup rotation and is not restored to everyday business systems, except where required by law or dispute handling.

Policy Updates and User Choices

When service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change, VPNYE will update this page and revise the last-updated date at the top. Significant changes affecting processing purposes or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate location within the user panel.

The updated policy applies from the update date shown on this page. Review the changes before continuing to use the relevant features. Users can manage Cookies and local storage through their browser, stop using specific features, or submit account-data requests through the user panel.

This policy covers only data controlled or entrusted by VPNYE. External websites, applications, and payment services accessed through international routes are governed by their own privacy policies; review the relevant service information before submitting data.
