Contact channels

Contact channels and handling process

Use the ticket system first. Email and Telegram will serve as official channels only after a valid address or account is published on this site.

  1. User panel tickets

Use this channel for route connections, client configuration, subscription status, plan billing, payment records, and refund requests. After signing in, open the ticket page, select the closest issue type, and continue adding information to the same ticket. Tickets are handled by queue and impact scope, so processing time varies with the investigation required; no fixed response time is promised.

  2. Email

VPNYE has not published an active support email address, so this page does not provide an email link. For account, order, or refund matters, submit a ticket directly instead of sending information to external contacts not confirmed by this site. Any official email update will be shown on this site.

  3. Telegram

VPNYE has not published an active Telegram support account, so this page does not provide a direct link. Similar-looking groups or accounts cannot be used as a basis for handling orders, refunds, or accounts. Issues requiring follow-up should remain in a user panel ticket so the full record is preserved.

Before you submit

What troubleshooting details does a ticket need?

The closer your details are to what happened, the easier it is to determine whether the issue involves a route, client, app routing, or subscription status. Submit only information relevant to the current issue.

Organize details by issue type

Describe the symptoms first, then list what you have already tried. Do not write only “not working,” and do not submit the same issue repeatedly in multiple tickets.

  1. Connection and route issues

State whether you are using Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and provide the current route name, connection status shown by the client, target app, and error message. If you switched routes, describe the result afterward. If you include a screenshot, hide account details unrelated to troubleshooting.

  2. Subscription and client issues

Explain whether the problem occurred while importing, updating, or using the subscription, and state the client platform and on-screen message. Get both the client and subscription access point from the user panel. Do not submit subscription addresses from unknown sources or disclose passwords or complete credentials in the ticket.

  3. Billing, plans, and refunds

Provide the relevant order details shown in the user panel and explain what needs to be checked. VPNYE supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrade differences are prorated by remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Scope of support

Support handling boundaries

Tickets are used to verify VPNYE subscription services, clients, international routes, and billing records. VPNYE does not modify account status, content policies, or regional rules on third-party websites.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions before contacting support

Is an email address required to register?
No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Save your login details securely so you can later access the user panel to view your subscription and tickets.
How can I contact support if no email or Telegram account is public?
Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket. This channel keeps the issue description, additional materials, and follow-up replies together, and is currently the official support channel.
How long will it take to receive a reply after submitting a ticket?
Tickets are handled according to queue, issue type, and investigation scope, with no fixed response time. Issues affecting normal use, such as connection interruptions or abnormal subscription status, are assessed together with the reported symptoms and submitted details.
Can I submit the same issue more than once?
Add new information to the original ticket instead. Creating duplicates splits the context and makes it harder to verify which troubleshooting steps have already been completed.
